    Presidents Day, officially Washington’s Birthday, in the United States is a holiday celebrated on the third Monday in February. This year it occurs on Monday, February 18. Presidents Day is popularly recognized as honoring George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. The day is sometimes understood as a celebration of the birthdays and lives of all U.S. presidents.

    Random Acts of Kindness Week

    February 11-15 is Random Acts of Kindness Week. Kindness is simple; it creates happiness; it increases self-esteem; it improves relationships; it boosts health; it is contagious. So why not conduct simple acts of kindness and implement this into our lives? Join us this week by conducting random acts of kindness.

    • Monday - Hold the door open for someone
    • Tuesday - Give someone a high five or a hand shake
    • Wednesday - Compliment or say a nice thing to someone
    • Thursday - Write a kind note to someone
