  • The Lancaster School District Board is in the process of conducting an Executive Search for the District’s next Superintendent. Leadership Associates, an executive search firm, was selected to advise the Board in this important process.

Community Forum

  • The Superintendent Search firm, Leadership Associates will hold a virtual Community Forum on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. to give community members and employees an opportunity to provide input on what characteristics they want to see in the next Lancaster School b District superintendent. Two questions will lead the discussion:

    What are the desirable qualities, characteristics, background and professional and personal experiences for the next superintendent?

    What do you see as the strengths of the district and the major challenges facing the district in years ahead?
