1). For lunch today you will have your choice of beef rib, burrito, taco salad corn muffin. Yummers!

2). Our November Homeroom Competition this month will be Operation Gratitude. All donations collected will go to our military and first responders. Thank you in advance for helping those who help us every single day!

3). Science Club members: Our next meeting will be Thursday, November 21st from 3:15-4:00. Please bring fundraiser forms and money. Run announcement from now until Thursday, November 21st, please.

4). YEARBOOKS ARE NOW ON PRE-SALE FOR $25.00 THROUGH JANUARY 31ST.  PRICE GOES UP TO $30.00 ON FEBRUARY 1ST. PLEASE PAY IN ROOM 127.

5). Attention Lady Cougars who are ready to hoop it up?

  • November 13th for 6/7th-grade girls
  • November 14th for 8th-grade girls
  • November 15th for makeups or callbacks
  • Tryout permission slips in the student information center, turned in to Mrs. Sloan in Room 132 as soon as possible.

6). Boys basketball tryouts will be next week. All those wanting to try out will need their permission packets to try out. No exceptions. Get your packet in the Student Information Center or from Mr. Harrop in Room 204.

7). 8th AVID and CJSF are doing a canned food all this week. Today, the AVID and CJSF students will be coming around to homerooms with a flyer and to tell your classes about the food drive.  The homeroom that collects the most canned food will win Krispy Kreme donuts.

8). On Tuesday, right after roll, please allow your CJSF and 8th AVID students to meet me in the quad for their room assignments.  They will also be helping during the drive to collect canned foods each homeroom classroom or you can send your cans to either Mrs. Puckett or Mrs. Moody's classroom. Thank you for your assistance in this important food drive.

9). All Cross Country team members please return your jerseys to Mrs. Romer in room 117, please.

10). Cougar Reminder - Please be sure to keep warm during the winter months. Blankets and pajamas are not permitted to be worn on campus as clothing. Be sure to walk on the right-hand side of the hallway as you go to your classes.  Walk quickly and quietly and keep your hands to yourself. Please respect your peers with positive language.
