NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Teachers Association of Lancaster (TAL) and the Lancaster School District’s Initial Joint Contract Proposal
At its regular meeting to be held at Park View Educational Complex, 808 West Avenue J, Lancaster, California, 93534, on August 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., the Board of Trustees of the Lancaster School District will hold a Public Hearing to allow comments on the Teachers Association of Lancaster (TAL) and the Lancaster School District’s initial joint contract proposal.
TAL and the District have a joint interest in opening the following articles for review:
• Article XX - Basic Salary
• Article XXI - Employee Benefits
• Article XX - Basic Salary
• Article XXI - Employee Benefits
Both TAL and the District agree that each will select one article to be opened, determined prior to negotiations.
