Lancaster School District

District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) serves as a voice for families of English Learners across the district. Made up primarily of parents and guardians, DELAC advises district leadership on programs, services, and goals to support English Learners. The committee reviews reclassification procedures, parent notifications, needs assessments, and district plans to ensure that every English Learner has the resources to succeed academically and thrive in the school community.
