Pest Management Plan
It is the goal of Lancaster School District to implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program that emphasizes long-term prevention and control of pests. This will be achieved through accurate pest identification, routine monitoring, established action thresholds, and reducing conditions that attract or support pests through proper sanitation and mechanical or physical controls. When necessary, effective pesticides will be used responsibly and in a manner that minimizes risk to students, staff, property, and the environment, and only after non-chemical methods have proven ineffective.
Our Pest Management Objectives Are:

To implement a safe, effective pest management program that protects the health and well-being of students and staff while maintaining a productive learning environment.
