Enrollment and Completion
Lancaster School District is committed to supporting and empowering new teachers as they advance in their professional practice. Our Teacher Induction Program provides a structured, supportive pathway for candidates to complete all program requirements within a two-year period, in alignment with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Induction Standards.
Each candidate is paired with a highly trained Mentor and develops an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) aligned to personal professional goals and the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP). Through personalized mentoring, targeted professional learning, and reflective practice, candidates strengthen instructional effectiveness, build professional confidence, and demonstrate growth as educators.
Our program is designed to foster continuous development and success, guiding teachers toward completion of induction and eligibility for the California Clear Credential.
