The Lancaster School District is committed to ensuring that all personnel and program decisions are implemented in full compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination. This commitment applies to all aspects of educational and employment practices, including candidate and student admission, placement, support, retention, and program completion, as well as the recruitment, selection, assignment, retention, and advancement of staff.
Consistent with the standards and requirements of the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC), the District’s Induction Program upholds principles of equity and nondiscrimination and applies them uniformly to all candidates in matters of program admission, participation, support, and completion.
