2025-2026 Welcome Back to School Backpack Giveaway!
On August 2, 2025, Lancaster School District, the City of Lancaster, and CAAASA Cares teamed up for our Annual Backpack Giveaway at Park View Educational Complex! Over 1,700 community members showed up and showed out - receiving free backpacks, school supplies, hot meals, vaccines, glasses, and other resources to help kick off the school year right! Huge THANK YOU to our amazing LANCSD staff, partners, vendors, and volunteers who made this event such a success. We couldn't do it without YOU!
ELO Winter Intersession
Attention Parents/Guardians: We're thrilled to invite LANCSD students to join our Winter Intersession Program at Miller Elementary School from January 5th - 8th! The program is free of charge, with transportation and meals included. We'd love for your child to be a part of this exciting opportunity! Click HERE to apply today!

Community Resource & Health Fair
Huge thanks to CAAASA for partnering with Lancaster School District to host our Community Resource & Health Fair on November 15 at the Park View Educational Complex! With 1,000+ attendees, families received essential supports — new coats, fresh produce, groceries, diapers, hot meals, vaccines, and prescription eyeglasses — all in one place. We’re grateful to the 20+ community resource partners who showed up for our families, the Community Coalition for leading mental health workshops, and the Department of Mental Health for providing lunch for participants. A special shout-out to our Welcome & Wellness Center team and all LSD departments who helped make this event possible. Together, we’re strengthening family health, wellness, and community connections!

Antelope Valley Wellness Community October Calendar!
