    Welcome Lincoln Lynx! How excited are we to welcome you to our school, SUPER EXCITED!  Honestly, you will meet some of the most amazing staff and teachers here at Lincoln.  Our school is a National SHOWCASE School for Capturing Kids’ Hearts.  What does that mean?  Well, it encompasses a whole lot.  We share GOOD THINGS each day, we have a class SOCIAL CONTRACT, and we work daily at being Responsible, Respectful, Scholarly, and Safe.  

    I’m the principal DeeDee Anderson.  A little about me. This is my 5th year as principal at Lincoln and my 11th year as principal with the Lancaster School District. Before becoming an administrator 15 years ago. I was a teacher. I taught 1st. 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 8th grade U.S. History.

    I’ve been married for 36 years I have two daughters, two son-in-laws and four grandchildren a college foster granddaughter When I’m not at school, I’m usually at a grandchild’s baseball, flag football or soccer game.

    This year I’m hoping to get more parents involved in being apart of our school and climate. I want each of our students to feel loved, valued, and supported in their journey of learning. Oh and I love our students!!! I love our staff!!! And I love our families!!!!

    We have Spirit Days each week.

    Tuesdays are Super Hero Days.  We have Super heroes across our campus.  Here is the breakdown;

    UTK – The Minions

    Kinder – the Incredibles

    1st Grade – Spiderman

    2nd Grade – Black Panthers

    3rd Grade – Captain America

    4th Grade – Ironman

    5th Grade – Guardians of the Galaxy

    Wednesdays – College Day, wear your favorite college shirt

    Fridays- Purple and Black, Spirit wear (you can purchase in the office).

    What’s up! I’m Assistant Principal Santiago Meza.
    A little about me. This is my 1st year as assistant principal at Lincoln here at the Lancaster School District. This is my 9th year as a school administrator AP/Principal. Before becoming an administrator I was a Special Education teacher and taught Kindergarten through 5th grade.

    I’m a first generation graduate in my family to earn by Associates in Arts, Bachelor's Degree, special education credential with Autism Authorization, and my Masters in Educational Leadership.

    I’ve been married to my amazing wife for 24 years. I have two awesome high school kiddos. When I’m not at school, I’m usually doing yard work, listening to music, and hanging out with my family at home or at the beach:)

    This year I look forward to supporting Mrs. Anderson, staff, teachers, the community, and students by helping, serving, and supporting in any capacity I can to build strong relationships and community. I want to be a positive role model and model kindness to help our students feel a sense of belonging, valued, and being supported emotionally to thrive educationally to achieve their best.
