  • 3rd to 5th Grade State Testing - Apr. 4 through May 25

State testing is happening now! We want our students to do well and we know they can make El Dorado proud. We want to be sure our students are prepared for their future and that we are providing them a high quality education. State tests are an important part of helping us achieve these goals. All students should get plenty of sleep, eat a good breakfast and arrive at school on time during testing weeks so they can be successful. Below is the most current schedule for testing:

    April 4 - 6, 9 - 11:

    SDC (All Tests)

    April 17:

    5th Grade CAST Test

    April 23 - 27:

5th Grade ELA and Math CAT (Wednesday Makeups)

    April 30 - May 4:

5th Grade ELA and Math PT (Makeups as needed on Friday)

    May 7 - 11:

3rd and 4th Grade ELA and Math CAT (Wednesday Makeups)

    May 14 - 18:

3rd and 4th Grade ELA and Math PT

    May 21 - 25:

    3rd Math PT and Makeups

Makeup Days are not extended, so full testing cannot take place on those days. Additional needed makeup days are also subject to change. Therefore, it is extremely important that students are present and on time as often as possible to have the best opportunity to succeed.
