Welcome to The Leadership Academy! My name is Jeff Westreicher and I am the new Principal beginning the 2023–2024 school year. I look forward to getting to know all of our families and the students who we serve. This year we will focus on building a positive environment where students feel welcomed, connected, and empowered to do their best! I look forward to meeting all of you and learning how we can best serve your child. Vision Statement 

The Leadership Academy will create options and excellence in education by empowering all students to reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment. Through a multi-tiered system of support, P.B.I.S, and Capturing Kids’ Hearts, we will empower our students with the skills to emotionally self-regulate, achieve academic success, and interact positively in any environment. With the support of our dedicated staff, community partnerships, and families, The Leadership Academy will prepare our students for success beyond the classroom.
